The "Online Training and Certification Programme in Sustainable Energy Solutions for Islands and Territories of the Pacific, Caribbean, Africa and Indian Ocean" presents a training itinerary to promote access to high-quality technical and scientific knowledge. The program was developed under the aegis of the Global Network of Regional Sustainable Energy Centers (GN-SEC), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (ONUDI), the Sustainable Energy Organization of Small Island Developing States (SIDS DOCK) and the Spanish Center for Research in Energy, Environment and Technology (CIEMAT).
